Mmmmmmyeah. Super creepy and well-done. I loved how, as things looked grimmer, Frisk started to lose their edge a bit, but kept on trying to STAY DETERMINED.

...Wow. That's a lot of pressure. Well done. I couldn't play past the dinner table without feeling like I was backed into a corner.
Meh. So much more could have been done with the levelling up. But most others have already stated what I'd comment: the lack of any reward from levelling, mostly. I disagree about the movement thing, though. It provides an interesting level of challenge. However, I would recommend scaling the sprites down a little so I could see more of the map if you're using the drive-around idea.
What.
The premise was entertaining for about five minutes. The music was catchy, but got annoying. I was confused as to what, exactly, I was supposed to do.
I think I missed the joke.
